Happy Mario Day! 🍄🌻⭐️

I unexpectedly managed to finish your Birthday gift today. Originally, I planed to draw something a bit different, but it didn't work out, so I had to change it.

Since the Mario Galaxy movie is approaching I thought of doing something accordingly to that. 🤭

Oh!🫢 Stripet, thank you so much for taking the time to draw something for my birthday🙏 It's lovely, and the Mario Galaxy theme is very fitting indeed. Great games, especially the first one, and hopefully a great movie as well, which we're gonna find out next month.

I love how you painted the sky, it really does capture the majesty and beauty of space🌌 Mario looks happy, full of life and wonder as he looks up at the beauty surrounding him while he's sitting on this tiny planet.

Other than Super Mario Galaxy, it also reminds me of this piece I drew in November a little bit, but the mood is essentially the opposite. It's as if this drawing was trying to remind me of the beauty and joy I can still find in life despite the extra heaviness and melancholy I've been carrying these past few months. So I think that's neat, too.
