Vegan maple walnut ice cream is rich and creamy, with the natural sweetness of maple syrup and the crunch of chopped walnuts.
Ingredients: 4 cups coconut milk. 1 cup maple syrup. 1/2 cup chopped walnuts. 1 tsp vanilla extract. Pinch of salt.
Instructions: In a blender, combine coconut milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until smooth. Transfer the mixture to an ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer's instructions. During the last few minutes of churning, add chopped walnuts and let them incorporate into the ice cream. Once the ice cream reaches a desired consistency, transfer it to a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm. Serve scoops of maple walnut ice cream and enjoy!
