On one of the tables at the food court, there had been a single piece of paper. It has extremely nice penmanship and is clearly handwritten. At the bottom, it’s signed with a moon not too far off from the symbol that is listed as his school emblem in the class roster tab of your e-handbooks. The writing is in German and translates to the following: 

 “For once, our goals align. If you want a chance at actually leaving this place, I’m giving you it. If you enter any of the information centers, there’s a hidden door in all of them. You’ll need something else to actually get anywhere, so go into the mens’ restroom and look behind the mirrors. Or break them if you want, I guess. I promise you I won’t kill you for this one so long as you don’t botch up the next thing: 

 You won’t be watched at all during all of today since we’ll be out for Minami’s funeral and our flight gets us back here in the evening. I’ll be back by 10:00PM tonight. When I come back, meet me in your dormitory area and tell me you want to hold a trial to call out that there’s something wrong with this game. If you can prove it, you’ll get your chance. If you can’t, that’s the last time I ever help you and you’re on your own.”

After taking the keycard hidden behind the bathroom mirror, the lot of you went to investigating what lay deep underneath Zenith Station.

Maybe you got some answers, maybe you got some questions from the search. After all, it was less clear of an objective than “find the culprit.”

But regardless, it was a chance, and you would take it.
