The nominations for orange is the new black is for season 1 due to it's late release, so breathe.
I forgot about that, but I don’t appreciate the tone.
I don’t appreciate random white girls that don’t follow me and ship Alex/Piper to come in my inbox and tell me to breathe.
You do understand that next year when they get noms for season 2, the same shit’s gonna happen and your sage advice telling me to breathe will be irrelevant when more deserving black women get sidelined for the white actress.
Get some common fucking sense and get the fuck out of my ask box. This shit’s been going on since black women were even allowed on TV.
