Hey, I'm brown and angry too. But I'm also aware that voicing those angers in a nonconstructive way will give the sources of my frustration the ammo they need to further delegitimize my concerns. You should absolutely talk about what makes you angry, not just for the people who listen to you, but also for yourself. It clarifies your own feelings and helps you express them better in the future. But don't -just- be angry. Be eloquent, informed, and sharp. That's how you get them to listen.
hey pal! thanks for the message, and I’m definitely aware of all those things, and honestly i’m not an angry person at all!!but it’s the times I am, I often feel my anger is treated as something unjustified.I I can be angry and informed to man, I’m aware how people will take my anger and try to twist it in on me but sometimes you just gotta be angry dude. when it comes down to it i am always willing to sit down and calmly explain and inform, even when I’m mad I’m not looking to just scream about it, i’m angry for a reason.
