Ingredients: 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced. 2 cups cold milk. 4 scoops vanilla ice cream. 2 tablespoons sugar adjust to taste. Saffron strands optional, for garnish. Chopped nuts optional, for garnish.
Instructions: In a blender, combine diced mangoes, cold milk, sugar, and 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream. Blend until smooth and creamy. Pour the mango milkshake into serving glasses leaving some space at the top. Top each glass with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Garnish with saffron strands and chopped nuts if desired. Serve immediately with a straw and a long spoon.
