Spice up your BBQ with this homemade Mango Habanero BBQ Sauce that combines the sweetness of ripe mangoes with the heat of habanero peppers. It's the perfect balance of flavors to elevate your grilling experience.
Ingredients: 2 cups ripe mango, diced. 3 habanero peppers, seeds removed and minced. 1 cup ketchup. 1/2 cup brown sugar. 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar. 2 tablespoons soy sauce. 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1 teaspoon onion powder. 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika. Salt and black pepper to taste.
Instructions: Put habanero peppers, ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika in a blender and blend them all together. Mix everything together until it's smooth. Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium-low heat after putting it in a saucepan. Turn down the heat and let it simmer for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring every now and then, until the sauce gets thick. To taste, add salt and black pepper. You can store it in a jar or use it for BBQ after taking it off the heat and letting it cool.
