The flavors of ripe mango, creamy coconut, and sweet pineapple come together in these tropical popsicles to make a delicious frozen treat.
Ingredients: 2 cups ripe mango chunks. 1 cup coconut milk. 1 cup pineapple chunks. 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup optional.
Instructions: Put mango chunks, coconut milk, and honey or maple syrup in a blender. Mix until it's smooth. Put pineapple chunks into the blender and pulse a few times to mix them in. You can leave some small pineapple chunks for texture. Place the mix into popsicle molds. Place a popsicle stick in each mold. Put it in the freezer for at least four hours, or until it's solid. Take the popsicles out of the molds and enjoy once they are frozen.
