Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350F 175C. Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan with butter or line with parchment paper. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, granulated erythritol, baking powder, and salt. Add melted butter, eggs, almond milk, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined and smooth batter forms. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
