Props to the lady in the Zakwasowania shop who convinced me that a mango salad dressing is a good idea, even after I gave her an incredulous look. This things was so tasty! (PS: This is not a sponsored post or anything like that, I am just genuinely the type of person who can lose their s*it over salad dressings ✨)

Here I Go!
Up at 5:30 cooking Thanksgiving dinner. Trying to overcome my cooking autism ;) The first thing is to figure out the order of my menu. Hmmmm, I have decided to make the quiche and sweet potato crusts dough first, since they have to chill in fridge. I popped the sweet potatoes in the oven first off though. Not sure how many to bake to make 1 cup of mashed potato. I decided on 3. Here's my menu: mushroom quiche, sweet potato pie, salad with mango dressing, fried rice cakes, and cornbread stuffing. I'm bringing all these items to my father's. And since there's a raging storm in NYC, more than half the battle will be actually getting them there, lol.
