#FlashbackFriday: Happy “Flashback Friday” everyone!! On Monday, my friend & I drove to Manchester, VT to check out Hildene: The Lincoln Family Home for the first time!! I found out about Hildene last month on News10 ABC from the episode of “Off The Beaten Path With Cassie Hudson” @casshudson @news10abc & wanted to check it out!! Hildene is a beautiful museum and summer home of Robert Todd Lincoln, the eldest son of Abraham Lincoln, our 16th President Of the U.S.!! It has some cool artifacts on view in Hildene including Mary Todd Lincoln’s piano(s) and reed organ, Abraham Lincoln’s stovepipe hat, even a sculpted replica of Abe’s hands!! Continuing the food tour of Manchester, VT with Sam’s wood-fired pizza. Overall thumbs up.
