So, this morning I got on my tumblr and saw this :

First of all I’d like to thank each and every one of you who’ve been following and supporting me for all this time. I wouldn’t have gotten this far without all this attention and support, and I can’t express how grateful I am that this really happened.

That so many people enjoy my mediocre content means the world to me. As someone who doesn’t have a lot of knowledge on art and has a low opinion of his own work, having so many people being supportive of it really helped me with my confidence. 

I’d also like to thank users like @swordlover87, @dreemurr-skelememer, @megaderping, @gaz-0, @karmabwud, @pineojust, @fmsdraws, @chip-potato-real, @bulle-blackhole, @knking and many others for being such supportive friends that helped me get to the point where I am now and helped me become what I am today. There’s a lot of other people I owe everything to, and I’m sure they will recognize themselves.

Now, I’d like to talk about my plans for the future- regarding both my following and my content. First off, I’ve settled on two different websites on wich I’ll be uploading my stuff other than Tumblr. I’ve prepared a deviantart account and a twitter account on wich I’ll be posting my stuff from now on. They don’t have anything posted on them at the moment, but as soon as I make new art, I’ll be uploading there too. I’ve decided to do this so that I can reach a wider audience and share my content more easily. I will still be posting on tumblr, though.

And last but not least, because I’ve always wanted to interract more with my following, I’ve decided to make my personal discord server public. I hope most of my followers can join it so I can properly meet them! Here is the link : https://discord.gg/EEKZUJC

It’s him. Sans Undertale. I’ll post a time-lapse of this too :)

While one could assume that Chara was under such pressure, this idea of being “the future of humans and monsters” is only ever mentioned twice in the game.

In VHS Tape 5, the Dreemurrs are asking Chara, who is presumably on their deathbed, to wake up. Asgore tells Chara to not give up because they are “the future of humans and monsters.”

The second time Asgore says this may have not been a separate time. If Frisk sleeps in Asriel’s bed after Toriel gives her “final warning” in the basement, a memory plays.

While these words are not exactly like those from the VHS tape, they are very similar. Considering Asgore is pleading for Chara to “wake up,” which is what both Toriel and Asriel do, it is very likely this was said to Chara when they were dying. Asgore wanted Chara to overcome their illness and keep living. Other than this, there is no other example of Asgore telling Chara they were the future of humans and monsters. It’s unknown if he ever told them this when Chara was healthy and well.

MONSTER TALE:The King and Queen treated the human child as their own.The underground was full of hope.

There is the mention that the underground was full of hope because of Chara. However, this may have been due to the friendship between Chara and Asriel. Together, the two proved that humans and monsters can live together in peace. Unfortunately, with their deaths, that hope was robbed from the monsters.

MONSTER TALE:The kingdom fell into despair.The king and queen had lost two children in one night.The humans had once again taken everything from us.
