My personal version of Captain Hook! I loved making a whole page for this man hehe.
Some personal headcanons that I have for him;
- His mother (who had him when she was fairly young) owned a tavern and he lived with her. I havenāt put much thought into his father, maybe he was a pirate who sailed off, but in any case they never met. Young James was separated from her forever when their village was ransacked and pillaged by Blackbeard and his pirates, and he was taken by them aboard as a cabin boy. Some time after the crew ditches him, but James manages to live and ends up in Eton.
- Drawing his younger self, i thought him as āārookieāā captain with a smaller crew than what he has now (roughly 23 men in total counting Smee), fresh off his days as Long John Silverās protege.
- Before meeting Silver he was in the navy.
- He usually takes the hook off when in private (alone in his cabin).
