My illustrations for the book will be on display at the Nordic Watercolour Museum, in a group show called The Picture Book in New Guises in September.

Jag ser duvan fly upp genom luftdraget och flaxa i panik strax över pappan, stelt böjd över barnvagnen i rulltrappan men värmd av färgerna för fotbollslaget och över ansiktsuttryck av det slaget som utstrålar ett svar på alla frågor, och dem som hopskrynklas av tryckvågor från yttervärlden mot det egna jaget; och över mig och mitt jag som betongen grått drar med sig nedåt mot perrongen – ett jag som duckar, blickar, tänker jagat att något ändå flyger genom sången, trots att själens rullband upp mot utgången stått länge felanmält men inte lagat.
