Fandom: Shadowhunters, Starring Alec/Magnus
It had been over a century since the last time the Traditional Shadowhunter Post War Ceremony had been performed. This ceremony had only been performed twice in all of shadowhunter history. First, when Johnathon Shadowhunter created the first institute, that would later become Idris. Second, when the first set of Accords was edited to include anyone of demon origins.
Alec, did not recall this. It was one of the first things he was taught in Shadowhunter History, a mere sentence in the introduction. He also did not recall the nature of the ceremonial wear: armour created out of the enemy’s corpse.
Armour created out of the bones of those with demon origins, currently known as downworlders.
Possible Trigger: Vivid description of warlock bones turned into armour.
