The less glamorous side of being a personal trainer 😂. It isn’t just having people do random exercises like some these Mickey Mouse personal trainers. When I say I customize everything I mean it. I look back at everything when it’s time for a new routine and figure out the best method of attack. The best way I found to do this is on the floor, so I can spread everything out rather than constantly trying to find the paper I’m looking for in piles on a table. The stacks of folders to the left are my other clients I’ll need to do this for. The notebook is my personal training journal in which I sometimes refer to for ideas. The other programs spread out are past routines, for that client that I use as reference. The longer they have been with me the more spread out the papers become.
