What's the best piece of advice someone has ever given you?
Probably that everything happens for a reason. I used to get so mad when I wasn’t able to do certain things or something didn’t go my way but I’m learning that what I want now might not be what is best for me and I’ll learn that in the future.

Hi :) sorry about your neck that's literally one of the most annoying and painful places to have a kink. Muscle relaxers (that I had from a previous injury) helped me when I had one. As well as a heating pad. Feel better!

She needs to get down and dirty and sell the house and put all her money in an account in your name and then divorce him. LOL
Yeah, if only it was that easy. Unfortunately a lot of her retirement is tied up in 401k and Profit Sharing plans at work ,which you really can't hide. And the house is in both names, so she couldn't sell it without his signature. Â She's nearly retirement age, so those accounts are fairly substantial and no time to rebuild them.

She should have said "trust me. I'll be shedding roughly 200lbs soon enough" (or however much he weighs). No one needs that kind of emotional abuse. I was in a relationship like that. It's destructive.
