Jan- almost the first thing I did this year was a jaunt to nyc to see “the last knight” (pre renaissance european arms and armour) exhibit at the Met. Got distracted getting out of the museum by the incredible exhibit “making marvels”(scientific instruments, curiosities, and automata of early modern Europe), missed my bus, and had to run halfway across manhattan to reach the final bus of the evening to escape the city.Â
