Day 1 - FOREAL
Ok so this is probably my 1,000,000th attempt at this. But goddammit, I need to start again and fucking stick with it. The last straw was last Friday when my beloved high-waisted jeans that ALWAYS fit suddenly were way more snug than I ever remembered them being. As soon as I felt the struggle to zip, I knew shit was getting bad. So here I am with more of a desire than ever in the last year to truly make a change in my lifestyle. 2 years ago I was at a healthy 130lbs, not exactly “fit” but I was happy with my body. Now I’m close to 150lbs and not happy about it at all. Starting today, the following rules will apply: 1. No blazing until the weekend. Blazing = munchies. Munchies = muffin tops. 2. No pasta or bread until the weekend (My boyfriend is Italian, this one is going to be hard af) 3. No snacking past 8pm (no blazing will help with this) 4. No processed food. Period.
Current stats: waist = 31.5in hips = 38in bust = 35.5
weight = 147.5lbs
My goal is to lose 20lbs in 3 months and then from there continue onto building muscle. I don’t want this to just be about losing weight, I want to be at a point where I actually feel strong and healthy. That’s the ultimate goal. Feel free to follow me for my rants and struggles.
