theatre of all kinds is so great. musicals, straight plays, elementary school productions, all of it. excellent. 10/10 fun, constructive, healthy, exciting. yes. team theatre!!!

Hello. I should like to think that I would. I designed my curriculum in the hopes that it would be appealing to students of all types. 

If the students have work to do quietly during class, they are allowed to pair up or to work alone. There are at least two times during the year when my students are allowed to choose their own novel to read so that they are not “stuck” reading what I have (or the school has) required of them. 

I suppose that I would have appreciated having someone like myself as a teacher. Often in my classes, my classmates and I were forced to do long papers (sometimes upwards of ten pages) on subjects that we did not choose and therefore did not care much for. I found that silly even then. If one is to write something long, should they not, at the very least, be able to have a say in the topic? I never want my students to feel so limited or ignored. 

Books are wonderful, and in schools, and in much of current society as a whole, that has been forgotten. Books are seen as dull. Instant gratification is in fashion, and books, which may take days or weeks for the average person to read, are out of style. 

My goal in teaching is to show students that books - even school books - can be quite fun to read. I choose material that I expect they will enjoy and allow them to have several reading days so that they may not fall behind or grow anxious. I rarely ever give homework other than reading, but again, I am careful to ensure that even my slowest readers have ample time to read during class. 

Yes, now that you mention it, I do believe that I would have loved taking my own class. I hope that that does not sound too silly.

for a brief period, there was going to be a car accident at the end of mia where somebody ran a red light and hit the p&p van. everyone was going to survive, but lucas and ashton would have been knocked unconscious. awsten would have assumed leadership and found lucas’ phone and called 911 and then zakk. 

there are two reasons i didn’t go through with writing it. first, it was just overly dramatic. second, i couldn’t figure out why it would matter to the story. i try not to put things in unless they actually make a difference and move the characters or the plot.
