This tea can help assist having a deep sleep and pleasant dreams. This tea should be drunk before you go to bed or before you lay down for the night.
A Foreword: Valerian may not be safe to consume if you are pregnant or are breastfeeding. Please exercise caution. Safety is paramount.
Cinnamon, 1/2 Stick // Cassia Bark, 1/2 Stick (Break into smaller pieces)
Amethyst, Lepidolite, Mica, and/or Garnet
Combine all of the ingredients together in a small jar before taking out the desired amount and brewing into a tea.
Whilst the tea is brewing you can place any of the crystals indicated above near or around the tea or in a grid to add some extra 'oomph’. Another thing that you can do is to meditate whilst it steeps and focus your intention into the tea. Or just simply do something you find relaxing whilst you wait.
Once you’re happy with your tea simply sit back and relax, maybe think about what dreams you’d like to have.
