Onto a more serious topic today…
Dreams and how to remember them better (at least in my experience as a deity work practitioner)
For a long time I struggled with remembering any dreams as I would sleep so deeply. There would be the odd occasion but besides that I didn’t get dreams. When it came to enhancing my practice, I was adamant on cracking the code for entering more lucid dreamspace. If I could astral travel, surely I could also remember my dreams?
I had another vivid dream tonight, after a period of getting more frequently vivid dreams. This also included nightmares, but even those carry subtle warning and messages to look into imo. There are methods to mitigate receiving nightmares that avid dream magic practitioners could advise you on better than I could.
I just want to share what helped me get further into this vivid dream state to receive such messages, both in my past and present experience. As a disclaimer, I am not a dream magic practitioners so I strongly advise anyone looking for practical magic and tips to look for practitioners on this app with proven methods over my anecdotes.
1. Consistency in practice
Whatever your practice is, if it has some meditative elements to it I should think this point applies to you too. Back when I was an avid meditative person and stuck strongly to my sadhana/practice, I would get quite literal prophetic dreams for the most niche things. That was the height of my dream ‘power’ in that sense. Having slacked off a lot in recent times, as I am getting back into making my practice consistently I am receiving clearer dreams. Maintaining a routine in my practice has been the best way to enhance subconscious receptivity to dreams.
2. Consistent sleep schedule
Easier said than done, but having a stricter set time to fall asleep at is another way I built consistency. Even if at times there are some changes to it, having a more regular sleep schedule overall has helped in getting clearer dreams for me.
3. Assistance from spirit team
This is something I never thought to have tried before, but in recent times I took advice from research I did online. The divinities I am closest to, I asked for there assistance through spells and prayer to clarify my dream messages and make them easier to interpret. It may take some time, but the eventual results were stark. Nightmares turned to pleasant dreams, and half-baked dream memories turned vivid enough to have a journal. Whether it be sigils or spells or simple prayers, asking assistance from your spirit team can go a long way
Hope this can help point people in the right directions if you ever wondered how to receive dreams a little better. Blessed be!
I fucking LOVEEEE it when I enter peoples dreams/ I’m in peoples dreams
And it’s been happening more and more recently, people keep telling me I was in their dream
Like yes hehe! I am in your psyche!
You know those dreams that feel way too real? The ones with full storylines, familiar places, recurring people like you didn’t imagine them

I dreamt that I was wandering a maze trying to follow a vampire. She moved very fast, and I could keep up, but there was someone else I was guiding.
I didn't want to lose sight of them either. Eventually I did, though. I started growling, and started developing werewolf features.
Everything was going black, and it was hard to see. I stopped growling and was caught between being a human and a werewolf. Then some other things happened. Very interesting.
Today I learned about Mamu, a Mesopotamian dream goddess who is the daughter of the sun god. Part of her "thing" was to bring qualities of the sun into the nighttime dream realms. And I think that's cool.
Like, there's all these brooding, somber dream deities. And here she is radiant and warm, ready to enact justice and good shit.
