Karkat grumbled and snuggled -well tried to- up his collar. Its was pouring, he was soaked and the bus was cancelled, fucking. great. He crossed his arms thankful that there was a nearby tree at least. There was absolutely nothing good about this day.But that was about to be turned around when another person passed by. "Karcrab?" He recognized that voice -and nickname- almost immediately." Hello Feferi." He sighed and begrudgingly turned his head. "Why are you wet? Don't you have an umbrella?"" Oh gee, do think I have an umbrella with me? Use your brain Feferi, of course I don't that's why I'm fucking soaked in the first place!"She merely scoffed and pouted at him. " Don't be so grumpy, sheesh!" His response was a mere roll of his eyes. " We can walk back to the apartment together if you'd like."
Why the heck not."Sure." He shrugged and got under the umbrella with her, he took hold of it as they walked. Through the trip it was chatter, laughter, flirting here and there and of course, it ended with a small kiss at the end.
