I like this result.
Monsters in childhood not colorful, like a they adult versions, and more fluffy. They have fluff instead of full fur. According to my idea, they acquire bright colors as they grow older. I decided to add a bit of realism, those monsters that have fur shed, but this only happens as they grow, after becoming adults, their coloring from dusty or not clearly expressed becomes quite bright.
Headcanon that BanBan's horns started to cut closer to adolescence. The monsters in my AU have several stages of development.
1. A bio clay figurine that has not yet been infused with givanium and the first set of DNA.
2. A child.
3. A teenager.
4. An adult.

After you beat the Dark lord there is a 1/1000 chance for the great sage not being able to save your MC mii in time and then you have to enter a button mash sequence in which the dark curse and ancient amulet god are fighting over the MC's body.
If you lose the button mash sequence then you lose your MC until you beat the darker lord version of them, which goes to a random place on the map.
And after that there's a chance of the dark curse trying to posses them again. The great sage will most likely save your mii but there is a 1/1,000,000 chance of your mii getting possessed again
hehe here with another evil little hc/prompt, since there's now way that MC could go through that entire journey and not end up a little messed up in the head from it
it's the middle of the night at the inn, and the MC`s roommate has trouble sleeping. they flip over and nearly scream when they see MC staring directly at them from their bed.
"h-hey, MC? why are you staring at me like that?"
MC slowly sits up, expression slightly flickering as they approach their teammate. they don't break eye contact once.
"MC? are you okay?"
MC, standing over them, jerkily places their hand on their teammate's face. they trace the features of their face with their thumb as their teammate freezes, afraid to make any sudden movements. MC then begins to speak- voice raw and shaky, something they've never heard before.
"you... you're real, right? you're here..."
"I- y-yeah, I'm right here, MC." the teammate places their hand over the one on their face. "I'm real."
"you're real... you're here. it's over, you're safe. your fa-" MC nearly chokes on the word. "yeah. you're ok. we're ok. it's over..."
MC slowly draws away, going back to their side of the room and finally turning their head away from their teammate. they crawl into bed as their teammate watches on, an ache in their chest from hearing their leader sound so broken- so scared.
and if they hear them softly crying for the rest of the night, they won't tell it to anyone.
Oh my-
Holy crap, that's heart wrenching... ;-; I know it's fitting for a lot of people's MC'S with all the trauma their adventure had caused.
