#magick things

I hope this thing's help me find a work....

I spent hours tonight smoking a cigar on the porch in the rain with humans I love. It was magical.

Names are often a source of power over someone. Not only in dealings with the Fae but in Magick, social standings, and business deals the way people or beings address each other is important.

So, I got a new pair of fleece boots today, while at Costco with Dad. I wore out my Uggs last winter, but I'm used to a certain stick-your-feet-in-and-go so new knockoffs seemed useful. I get them home and I'm getting them out of the box, and I suddenly see the magickal boots I'm painting, which have the inherited magickal boot straps on them. And then I have the strangest feeling, and my hand goes for my pendulum. These black boots are more like men's boots which was how Dylan wore them, and they are also sueded, which was like the boots E wore the straps on when she had them. And with the pendulum agreeing, the bear boot straps are on the black suede boots. For now. They non-coincidentally fit nearly perfectly.
