My 2X a year, CARAVAN tours (3-5 weeks) until covid hit, have covered 260000 self-funded miles, in mobile billboard wrapped car, through 48 States in now 4 WRAPPED SUVs, have been gifted 300 regional stories. Crisscrossing the US because even with crimescene DNA from blood/semen of same person, after 17 yrs and more than 1000 regional suspects and a million in CODIS (National Database) with NO “hits.” then in 2019 CC Moore's genetic genealogy analysis got a direct hit to a suspect who ended up so far not being our killer . I’ve learned life is not like “CSI.” Now we are starting at Ground Zero with all the suspects that had originally been compared to and ruled out against that DNA sample... more DNA is now being sent off to be analyzed To get National coverage on my own, In each city I visit parks/city centers (with car drawing people near), police, sheriffs, sometimes Women's Groups, homicide/cold case/missing families who need stories told. I also share new techniques, that only a few law enforcement use like touch DNA phenotype images genetic genealogy, MVAC etc. Gazing upon Brittany's smile as I step into my car, does, at times, have me tell her story through a veil of tears.
