PART 2 BRITTANYBPHILLIPS MURDER 10/1/04 After contact by Lincoln Cnty sheriffs, I called the kind voice of Jeff Felton. Couldn't say much but said meet him at her place, 55 Mi away. Then next 30 min I think who can I call, ....not want to wake family in NY, not want to wake best friend in Tulsa Carol. Within hour Carol/ hubby came to Chandler, & NY family find planes to OK. We drive 2 cars to Tulsa .
