I am having a lot of trouble with naming my half human half elf gal. I know what I want her name to mean but getting it correct is serving to be difficult... Any tips?

Depending on her story, if she was raised by elves or in an elvish community or something like that, you could give her a name in Sindarin. If not, there are plenty of words in other languages (not from Tolkien's world but from ours, old english for example!) that sound like Middle-Earth names. Maybe you could tell us what you want her name to mean and we could help you find a good translation, in any languages?
