Mage Dee: W-Well I had a family back then, b-but they're gone now.... All I really have left of them is my necklace and this old family photo.

Jem: Wait, you have an older brother!?

Mage Dee: Yea, after our parents died he took care of me. He'd always do whatever he could to make sure that I was safe.

Jem: But what happened?

Mage Dee: The attack on Kuristar happened. During the whole thing, we got separated. And well, I ended up with you.

Jem: So that just means that he's still out there somewhere!

Mage Dee: I really hope so. And if he is, he's definetly trying to look for me!

Jem: Yea that's the spirit!

Mage Dee: So what about your family?

Jem: A-Ah, well I didn't really have any siblings, or aunts and uncles. It was just me and my dad. I uh, never got to meet my mom.... The only thing I know about her is what she looked like.

Mage Dee: O-Oh.... I'm sorry to hear that.

Jem: At least I have this picture of my parents with me.

Jem: I just really hope that my dad is okay....

Mage Dee: Jem.... We all know he stayed behind to make sure we all-

Jem: He's gotta be alright. I'm not ready to be a king yet.

I should've said this earlier but I won't be allowing ocs in the drawing box since it isn't really fanart if I draw my own character.

But since you asked, here's a Mage Dee drawing for you

Deeby: Well me and Canvice met when we were very little.

Canvice: Man that was a long time ago.

Deeby: A very long time ago.

Mage Dee: As for Jem and I....

Jem: We met when we were escaping the invasion.

Mage Dee: It was quite hectic as we didn't have time to properly introduce ourselves until we were far away from Kuristar.

Canvice: Then Deeby and I met Mage when we saw him getting chased by a bunch of Scarfys.

Deeby: So we stepped in to help him out!

Mage Dee: To this day I'm still grateful for your help. Those creatures were terrifying.

Deeby: And after we saved him, he told us that Jem was sick! So we got some medicine from my dad and followed Mage to where he lived.

Mage Dee: B-But we soon found out that he wasn't sick when we arrived.... Instead, he was possesed by a Crystal Matter!

Canvice: So I bravely stepped in to fight him off! And man did he put up a good fight, it was the best dual I've ever had!

Jem: And once I was freed from that Crystal Matter, we all decided to stay together.

Deeby: Hmm.... Oh, there was this one time where we all got lost in a maze!

Mage Dee: It was p-pretty scary....

Canvice: Yea I nearly got caught in a thorn bush!

Jem: But thanks to that knight, we were able to find our way out!

Mage Dee: Y-Yea that knight with the feathery wings.

Deeby: I wonder where he is now though....

Canvice: He's probably out fighting something if I were to guess.

*meanwhile somewhere else*

Roshi: ....O-Oh hello! What? Adventures to share? Hmm....

Mage Dee: I know a fair amount of spells like Fireball and Zap for example. And I've recently been training to use other spells like Explosion and Barrier.

*he starts thinking about other spells*

Mage Dee: There's also spells that I've been dying to try out like Sleep and Stun. Oh oh, there's also this one spell that I really wanna learn called Tower of Flame! It looks so cool and I hope I can learn to use it one day!

Jem: I wonder that as well. Why would they go after our planet? And what's up with their whole existence?

Mage Dee: It is weird how no one's ever heard of them before all of this happened. Heck even Aster didn't know what they were!

Aster: Well it's not like I know everything, but their motives are quite the mystery...

???: Is everything proceeding as planned?

???: Yes sir, we've inspected the whole kingdom and have found many valuable minerals.

???: Good. Have you found the prince and his protector?

???: No sir, we're inspecting as many planets as we can.

???: Keep on searching then. And don't stop until you've found them both. I believe that pesky prince has something of importance in his grasp.

???: As you command sir. We'll keep on searching.

???: Good, we mustn't let them ruin my plans. I will succeed no matter what.
