#madi asks

their dynamic is similar to wynonna’s relationship with her sister;

the copy of the colt was given to madi, who doesn’t want the responsibility that comes with it whereas ali is the one who does and has studied about the copy of the colt’s lore her whole life (so they’re also like nia & her sister from supergirl)

madi deals with a lot of self-loathing and feelings of unworthiness, and being given the colt didn’t ease all of those

she was already a hunter before the colt stuff, and in my revamp of taor, she’s in the first chapter and she saves izzy!!

madi does not like her though. she’s too happy and energetic for her taste, but at the same time she’s so supportive and kind to her although they just met and madi has been super rude to her, and that just makes her <3 <3 <3 <3

like she’s been hunting alone and then there’s this random girl she saved who suddenly became her support system in like two minutes,,,, sign her tf up 😌

but like she didn’t lose her walls and kind of disregarded her cause she honestly thought she’d never see izzy again

and she kinda reminds her of her sister, who she hasn’t seen in a long while

she returns later in 1x20 when daniel elkins, the person whom her family entrusted the original colt to, gets killed and vampires get ahold of the gun

she helps izzy and the winchesters get it back but she doesn’t tell them anything beyond elkins being a family friend

not entirely sure if she’ll stick around afterwards but probably not, and her next appearance is most likely in s2!!

“You let him get away?” “I feel the need to stress how you wouldn’t even still be here if it wasn’t for me saving your ass.” “Hm. Yeah, those were really good shots. You’ve got amazing aim.” “...thanks?”

when izzy and the boys find out about the extra colt, they’ll probably ask for her help even though dean doesn’t trust her much because she lied to them (which is a bit hypocritical of him, and technically madi did tell the truth, just not the whole truth because obviously she didn’t trust them yet)

i haven’t got it all figured out but madi grows dependent on izzy overtime and when she dies in the s6 finale, she’s left feeling like she has to take over her place and forces herself to be like izzy, but that just makes everything worse and doesn’t help her grieve properly

her own fic starts in season 6, where she joins sam in his hunting thing with his relatives, so she kinda avoids any contact with izzy because she’s such a horrible liar and izzy knows her too well

and madi suspects that there’s something wrong with sam, but she was just too happy about him being back that she shook it all off

a little later, she realizes that she has feelings for sam & she’s overjoyed when they hooked up but this is soulless sam, so he felt nothing for her and when he told her this, it really broke her heart :((

but this probably gets resolved later on!!

it was a total surprise for both of them when they developed feelings for each other, because the fact that dean and izzy are soulmates and they ended up together kind of just made them assume they also have their own soulmates and they would also end up with them

even when sam found out that his romantic soulmate is gay, because it’s known by then that people have multiple soulmates so he was still lowkey hoping!!

sam and madi are not soulmates, not even platonically, so ✨denial✨ and ✨pining✨ is key from s2 to s5 afskdsk

and because she’s still in her early stages of development, these are definitely subject to change!!
