Yesterdayâs eating was ok. Woke up at my parentsâ house, and they never have *anything*. What is it with our parents and having no food? And expired condiments in the fridge?
To recall what I ate, it was a small handful of chips but then I had 1 square of Andes mint chocolate bar, seeded crackers with a bit of Brie and candied pecan topping (so so so crazy amazing). And a low fat graham cracker, god I love graham crackers but didnât want to let myself start binging.
At home I was super hungry, and spread a pepper cheese wedge on 3 crackers, then ate maybe 5 more crackers after that. L was making dinner and had thoughtfully planned out a nicer home cooked meal, wanted to eat more after the drive but his angle hair pasta with a bit of marinara + parm was amazing. I even made us a side bread with Italian slices topped with light spread butter mixed with grated garlic + s + p. (From the bread, I spread about 2 tbsp of butter total across 2 large slices, and those I cut in half - we split it).
It was nice to not have any alcohol tbh. I donât really think I went for sweets after dinner either bc I was extremely exhausted from getting hammered the night before with my mom đ
No wait just remembered: we totally had sweets. We split 7 of this French dessert advent calendar my mom gifted us (I need to update pics) since we missed the first 7 days đ
(each is 95 cal, so I calculated that we had about 330 calories each so eh not bad)
Today my eating was better too!
Breakfast: chocolate mint 20g protein bar, coffee w/ tbsp protein collagen (9g), split a sumo orange with L
Lunch: mini pizza from Trader Joeâs (I love that they are called âbambinoâsâ lmao), then the last 2 vegetable mini spring rolls with a side sauce (sriracha + Japanese soy bbq). Absolutely had a square from my chocolate baklava pistachio cream bar. When I saw it I just had to.
Dinner: charcuterie with L. These nights are the best.
Cheese: Brie, Gouda, truffle parm, pepper spread cheeses, cheese from our advent calendar (yes, a cheese AND a dessert calendar. Living large)
Others: seeded crackers, buttery crackers, cranberry crackers, pistachios, turkey pepperoni, dried figs, this assortment of 4 mini jars of jam sampler, crispy bread, spicy honey
Itâs thankfully small ass portions of these things and I try to be a bit mindful but. The cheese calls me.
