Open the file

File > “Save As”

File Format: Plain Text (.txt)

Save – (File Conversion window opens)

Select “Other encoding” radio option

Choose “Unicode (UTF-8)”

Select “Allow character substitution” Option

Click “OK”

Open in text editor
