I like her because she knows her limits. She's not afraid to turn down a job and recommend someone else better suited. I appreciate that. We go for drinks sometimes, just to wind down and talk about NC life as a woman.
Oh, yes, she was very adamant and convincing about that job at the Atlantic, I recall. I don't know why she wanted that one so badly, it wasn't a runers job per se but she can be convincing like that. She and Vinnie seemed to make a good pair in this.
Yes, Macha is a very good runner, very good. Reliable, goal oriented, discreet. I did not introduce her to Vinnie on a whim. I had my reasons. But you surely don't need to know all of them. They work very well as a duo. That is all you need to know.
When Nix is not available, I call Macha. That's it.

Yeah, I give him whatever I can, as I said, he's my boy, I'm helping him out whenever. He always gets the job done, bit messy at times. But that's my boy, so it's OK.
Vinnie's a good dude... for partying, that is. Not for gigs. He might say he's quiet and efficient but alas he is not quiet, have you met the choom? Did surprise me on that one gig he did for me with Macha, that one went well. She probably reigned him in. He's always fun to have around for a drink, though, or two, three, four, ya know?
I don't usually talk about business relations like this, but my Vinnie is very important to me. He is very reliable and quick to help me when I need... more delicate matters to deal with. I will call him first when I have a gig that is right up his alley.

Well, he can talk his way into getting gigs, but I am careful about which ones to give him. He can't seem to follow orders like keeping cyberpsychos alive. He'll come back saying stuff like, "Sorry, I'm just too deadly, I guess."
Vinnie? He hangs around the Afterlife and that is fine. We don't have a working relationship, no.
