I've been in a creative slump for the past couple months that has been hell to get out, but I think I'm slowly working my way out. First I need to stop being scared of my First Order coat and actually finish the damn thing (there are only four things left to do on it). I also need to stop putting off making a duct tape dummy so I can try to make more complicated patterns without killing myself with so much math. So much of cosplay and costuming for me is about overcoming fears (of judgment, of rejection, of failure, etc), and I guess I let it get to me in a subconscious way. BUT! Time to stop letting fear stop me :)

I have to wake up and return to high school tomorrow...but it just makes me instantly cry, the fact I have to deal with a very unfairsystem and (bad)judging people and it makes me infinitely sad yeey I don't know but why is everything so unfair sometimes? Not for me, just everything in the world, the people...while I'm here trying not to cry and embarass myself because I hate thisperson I love//longstorynoonewantstolistento
