And why do people act like milevens want El to live an abusive trad-wife lifestyle? Like we want her pregnant and barefoot or something weird like that. We never said that, #thosepeople are always saying "we barely knew what El wanted" "we only saw what Mike wanted for her!!" Actually we saw wayyy more than that, we saw that she wanted her friends to live. Then SHE wanted to LIVE, that's the only thing she wanted to do. She just wanted a normal life where she can actually breathe and be with the one person she loves (mike!) yet the duffers dangled that opportunity in front of her, and snatched it away like it was nothing. Then proceeded to give Mike a fate worse than death (staying stuck his whole life, being an isolated author, not moving on from El and having to live with the possibility that she could very well be alive somewhere)
