Honestly Rid if you had to end CMI I would literally commission you to finish it. 😭 Maybe I’m being overdramatic, but I’m going through so much right now and it’s one of the few things I use to decompress and relax. My boyfriend even suggests it when I’m having a bad day like he takes my knee and says “why don’t you go read Color Me In?” He literally knows the name and everything!! I’m not sure if you read your own stuff but a bath, bottle of wine, a candle, and a chapter of CMI is literally a heavenly combination 😌
Of course, I understand if you aren’t feeling like it’s worth the effort anymore, but I hope you know to those of us that love it we’re always excited for you to drop stuff even if it’s a snippet! And we may not always say something because I know I don’t, but even when I don’t, I’m still jumping up and down ready for what’s next.

not commissioning it, alyssaaaa 😭 i also read a comment today that said they'd cry if i ended cmi and like :') you guys make me so emotional and i love you and just, thank you for feeling this way about my characters and my stories. like, babe, all i want is for this series to give you all the comfort it's able to give, so that means so much to me 🤧 i barely ever reread my works unless i need to do so to get the next chapter right.. but maybe it could help boost my confidence 🥺
also, yeah i understand :( i guess the lack of motivation comes from people being silent about it, bc then i always overthink that i might be boring them, hence, feeling like it's not worth the effort. so i'll always be happy about a word or two and will always appreciate any kind of thoughts you're ready to share. thank you for your support and for being so kind to me, alyssa, seriously 🥺🤍
