I have $50 to last me for the next two weeks. Somehow I’m going to need to make this last for a trip to Sioux City. Not going is not an option, because my best friend (and 2 of my other extremely close friends since 6th grade) are coming in to visit from Colorado. They’re my family. So Id rather be broke and stranded than miss being able to see them and let them down.
My plan is basically to only spend money on gas and nothing else. I haven’t had a cigarette since Sunday. I do have a pack, but I’m conserving them for the drive - there’s no way Id be able to make a 5 hour trip without cigarettes.
I have a 3rd interview for a position I really want on Wednesday, and I’m excited about that also. It’ll probably be the only time I leave my apartment between now and when I leave for home, haha.
I was in Florida last week and it was great! My favorite thing there is the beach. I think maybe someday I’ll move to a little beach town like that. Then this weekend I went camping in Okoboji. As you can probably assume, I hate camping. It was okay though.
Yesterday I finished the entire Sex and the City series, excluding the 2nd movie. So now I’m in bed trying to decide what the hell to watch. :|
