Paypal direct link says 'country.x=PH' for Philippines, despite using USD. Post asks to send funds with 'friends and family' (unprotected transfer method). Oldest blog post is very new. At least one of these pet pictures (cat with rashy nose) is reused from previous scam blog. The scammer sends cold asks to people asking them to boost their posts, sometimes telling them to reply privately to hide how much they're spamming and reusing previous asks
Report through 'report something else', 'unlawful uses or content', then 'phishing!'
