Was asked by Fast Company what I learned in 2013. I learned how lucky I am to work with such an amazing team. That "team" includes the people past and present who make POPVOX possible, the advisors and circle of friends and family that keep us going, our investors (many of whom are also family), our friends, our clients, and those thousands of people across the country who make up our community. Lean UX Workshop en San Francisco
El miercoles fue el día de Lean UX Workshop en LuxR.
LuxR propone metodos de trabajo, muy utiles para startups y grupos de trabajo, para lograr más eficacia y menos sobresaltos a futuros.
Estas son algunas de mis notas:
- Preguntarse, ¿que pasaría si tu producto no estuviese? Los usuarios, que sentirian?
- Buscar tener Fans, no solo participantes.
- I need > I want > My goal.
- Reducir el factor riesgo. Si espero a tener el producto terminado en su 100%, y no funciona, la caida va a enorme. En cambio, propone lanzar el producto con lo minimo indispensable (MVP: Minimum Viable Product). De esta manera, la caida -en el caso de tener que volver atras- va a ser mucho más leve.
- Para las entrevistas de personas: Generar topic maps y no irse mucho de eso.
- Preguntas de whay&what&how: "¿Porque eso es importante para el usuario?"
- ¿Cómo lo va a usar nuestro usuario? Bocetar en imágenes (no escribir, dibujar) situaciones de uso.
- Definir las características principales -y esenciales- del producto. Aquellas sin las cuales nuestro producto no podría salir a la calle. Aprender a PRIORIZAR.
- Como evaluar el producto: (quantitative) a/b test, analitics, KPIs, (qualitative) testeos de usabilidad.
