Luuvanyan stops beside him once they reach their destination. The other starts buzzing around the kitchen to find the food for them to have. When asked if he wanted dry fish, Luuvanyan rubs him cheek against his right leg. Clearly indicating he wants that dry fish. A smart cat for a smart man.
But he is a patient cat. He does not yell or paw at him for taking his time. The only times he does is when he takes hours to finally go get some food for himself.

"Ah, dry fish it is then," Anaxagoras replies. It might seem odd that a scholar like him talks to the cat like it's a human, but the cat clearly understands him. Though, he tends to talk to animals like if they were people anyway.
He puts some of the dry fish in a bowl and also gives Luuvanyan some fresh water. Then it's time for the worst part: feeding himself. Anaxagoras sighs. Cooking is not something he generally enjoys. In the end, he settles for bread, cheese and some dried fruit. And tea, too, of course.
"Happy now?" he asks his cat.
