Deployment… atonement… recovering the remains of her Lieutenant… Irida had waited long enough for this day to come, although anxiety still coursed through her circuits, she was ready. It was just the first level of the Violence layer after all, and she didn’t go down easily, tearing her apart wouldn’t be a simple task for any being.

Taking a “breath”, she made sure to check over everything in her lair again, the massive monitor and speaker systems installed were ready to go. As for herself… all systems were online, nothing was off in calibration, she was fully charged.

Alright… I can do this… injuries are a given, there’s no avoiding that fact… but I’ll make it back… with Pothos’s remains… I won’t fail… I won’t fall..! Nothing… will hold me back… this mission will succeed… no matter what happens..!

After giving herself one more, albeit shaky, pep talk, she floats out to the main room and beckons for not only her dad but also for Archangel Gabriel, his V1, and Lucifer to follow her, they were the ones who were going to be present, the ones… who were going to witness everything.

@helios-ploenexia , @divine-intervention-be-upon-ye , and @comet-anguish … thank you again for being here, at least I know I won’t be alone. Remember, you can communicate with me via that transmission panel, I’ll keep my comms open, just… don’t rush in if I get injured, ok? Such things are a given.

Once she finished speaking, she made sure to hug everyone before turning… she was ready to zip down from Lust to Violence, there was no more time left to waste.

"Hello? Did this come through? We're searching for a way down from Limbo to Lust, and I thought asking one of its citizens might be the best way to find the entrance?"

The message pauses for a moment before continuing. "I'm Eike. The other two don't know I'm asking you this yet."

She weakly “looks” up at you, at this point it was no secret just how broken down she had become, her six wings wrapped around her body tightly as the ends glowed a deep blue color, she’s curled in on herself again

I… one of my… best soldiers… and the one… I consider to be… my younger brother… Lieutenant Mindflayer “Pothos”… he… was slaughtered… by a hoard of mannequins… in Violence… I heard it all… we were… communicating via transmission… I couldn’t… do anything… to save him… he’s dead and… it’s all my fault… I-I shouldn’t have… let him go a-

Her confession trails off when she notices that your entire visage is different, you had your human body back, how it happened she had no idea but… feelings of both surprise and despair took hold

Alright..! Gotta admit dad, it’s been a while since I last saw this place, or even trained here… but now… I’m more than ready to get this going..!

She floats over to the main part of the training grounds, the ends of her six wings glowing a mix between light green and bright yellow as she scans the area, familiarizing herself with everything again

“Hello, my child.. I brought you something.”

*He gave her a bouquet of flowers, a grand variety, they were all very beautiful.. He also gave her a box, it had a beautiful and hand made dagger, it had carved some symbols, they seemed like the cables of a mindflayer, yet they were like wings.. they were hers. On the other side of the blade it said 'Commander, Sister, Daughter.'*

“Do you like it..?”

She could feel her heartbeat increase the longer she looked at the handmade dagger, everything about it was perfect, and she could tell from the metal that was used to craft it that it wouldn’t break, it… was indestructible

“Your name is Irida, am I right? Don't be afraid, please, im not here to hurt you.”

*He signed, his hands moving slow because he knew maybe she didn't know sign lenguage.. He hoped she wasn't scared..*

She seems to shift a bit in her bed, all six wings making a very slight fluttering movement before she sits up, her bright neon green blue lights turning on as she stretched, an automatic wake up protocol in response to hearing her name

Mindflayer hadn’t gotten the chance to rest her processors at all, everything was changing way too quickly. Her cables were now glowing a nearly blinding white light, the wires inside frantically moving, like a scared animal trying to escape captivity.

…F-Fuck… I-I can’t… handle this… f-for much longer..! I-It hurts… m-make it… s-stop..!

The pain was unbearable for her at this point, she had curled into a ball, trying to hold back sob like sounds as constant onslaughts of agony tore through her sensors.

H-Help me… s-save me… p-please..!

Upon hearing the knock, she quickly got up from the ground, even though her processors were still being loud, she didn’t want to ignore this… cause she could tell who was on the other side, and she didn’t want to worry you any further

Taking a “breath”, she steadied herself and floated over to the door, shakily, she grabbed the knob and turned it, opening the door for you, her lair was… nearly pitch black, with some soft lighting here and there
