falls asleep on the couch- Usually Cassian because he likes his cat-naps. But occasionally he’ll get up early to go for a run or something and find Lucien passed out with a book on his chest where he fell asleep reading the night before. Cassian will scoop him up and carry him to bed before he goes out and fondly chide him about doing this because, “You’re going to fuck up your neck, Lu.” Lucien’s reply is sleepy but snarky. 

makes friends with the neighbors- Cassian does his best to be a Good Neighbour. He invites them over for dinner to get to know them and will chat across the fence with them. Lucien can go one of two ways here, either he joins in and they chat together or he snarks about them while Cassian flaps his hands and makes shushing noises because “yes, she’s obtuse, Lucien, but she’s not deaf.” 

is the adventurous eater- Cassian is the adventurous cook but Lucien is the adventurous eater when they’re out. Cassian thought he was adventurous with his food but then he met Lucien who takes it to a whole new level. 

hogs the covers at night- Probably Lucien. Cassian gripes because like wtf you literally have fire powers you don’t need extra blankets. Lucien probably just kisses him and murmurs a little “please, Cass, I’m cold,” and ofc Cassian relents because he just can’t with Lucien’s puppy eyes. 

forgets to do the dishes- Lucien, probably. Cassian gets all >:( because I cooked the food, Lucien, the least you can do is clear up!? Or I could keep cuddling you and kissing you instead………..Yes okay do that. 

tries to surprise their partner more often- Probably Cassian. Though his surprises tend to consist of him sprawled naked on his and Lucien’s bed with a rose between his teeth in order to ~seduce~ him (or more likely to make him laugh because he’s been having a rough time lately.) He always succeeds at both of these things. 

leaves dirty laundry on the floor- Lucien. Cassian is something of a neat freak. Lucien is...Less so. Cass growls at him for being a ‘pampered little prince’ every time he does this but it doesn’t change anything (except to probably initiate some role-play sex tbh) 

stays up til 2 AM reading- Definitely Lucien. His insomnia is bad sometimes and he just can’t sleep. Mostly Cass just leaves him to it but sometimes he will go and get him and gently coax him back to bed and hold him til he drops off again because he needs to sleep. 

sings in the shower- Cassian. Very loudly. Very exuberantly. Probably with a dance routine to match. 

takes the selfies- Hmm I think I’m going to say Cassian. Lucien is more likely to be taking pictures of other folk than himself, I think.

Kissing headcanon: The first time that they kissed, Cassian initiated it. Lucien was surprised that he had actually had the guts to go for it, but quickly *ahem* embraced the experience. They both have wonderful hair, so I can’t not mention that? This definitely plays a role, with hair stroking and fingers running through long luscious locks. In public, Cassian is much more likely to be ok with PDA, and Lucien tries to pretend that he has some decorum and avoids anything more than chaste kisses on the cheek in these situations. But he will definitely pull Cassian into dark hallways and alleys so that he can really go for it with gusto, the way they both want. Cassian lets him pretend that he’s not into showing affection in public, because he knows it means that he’ll get to be surprised like this on occasion.
