Ingredients: 1 cup Greek yogurt. 1/4 cup shredded coconut. 2 tablespoons honey. 2 limes, zest and juice. 1 cup granola. Fresh mint leaves for garnish.
Instructions: In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, shredded coconut, honey, lime zest, and lime juice. Layer the yogurt mixture with granola in serving glasses or bowls.
