lillie isn't based on anyone. im not that happy with how i didn't redesign her at all except to get rid of the pokeball design on her bag... her hair and outfit are too complex for mob psycho. maybe a single braid and a simpler dress would've worked better

guzma is based on koyama (buff scar guy) and plumreia's based slightly on tsuchiya (buff scar lady)
team skull actually slots really nicely with the claw plot, including reforming after they get their asses kicked LMAO
kukui and the trial captains are 100% the awakening lab characters
a 'proper' mp100 au would have mob->red, tochiro->giovanni, and teru->blue. shou->silver and ritsu->ethan with a vibe flip
