Lupins will sometimes sleep on each other's chest when they are sick or in bad health to make sure that they're breathing and still alive, since a common way lupins pass is in their sleep
Lupins have a breeding season
some of their clothing is based off of the avatar films (Avatar is actually one of the main inspirations for the lupins :D )
There are actually a few lupin hybrids living on luperia, one of them being zira (she's a mountain/forest hybrid)
There are only 3 wepons in existence so far that can kill a lupin
they have a long standing feud with dragon-shifters, dragon-shifters are their enemies
they almost got wiped out as a species a long time ago
they can be insanely hostile and violent to outsiders
lupins will sometimes get banished to the small island near luperia as basically a capital punishment (Aspen is the most recent lupin to be banished)
the lupins used to be a monarchy, there is an old castle in luperia with vast history in it (it is kept clean and well cared for by the luperian priest)
