Yep!! I make all my physical therapists exercise with me! Exciting news!! I was able to do the elliptical WITHOUT my hips popping today!! Not going to lie, I cried tears of joy while leaving... I am so blessed to be walking again and for the life I have been given! A little over 2 months post op!! Wahoo! I never thought I'd go through 11 hip surgeries by the time I was 21, but look at me! I am back working both jobs, in rehab twice a week, and also in therapy twice a week. These surgeries have taken a huge toll on me over the last 9 years. I am tired of being told what I can't do. I know my body and what I can handle. I have made it through 11 hip surgeries including, a total hip replacement... Don't tell me you understand what I am going through, when you don't. I went from hardly being about to walk or stand for 5 minutes, to regaining it back. Don't tell me I can't do something. I PROMISE you, my dogs and I will prove you wrong.
