Narcissa rarely got livid. Or at least she didn’t allow her emotions to get the better off her to the point that she expressed how livid she was. Today was not one of those days. Luckily the woman could control herself, to some extent anyway, and managed to contain her anger until she at least not in public. She might have been livid, but she also had a reputation to protect. The only person she tended to express her anger, and most of her emotions to, were Lucius. She knew that her husband wouldn’t belittle her feelings, or run to the nearest journalist to sell the story. It was quite a good arrangement, even if Narcissa rarely got livid.
The blonde sighed, running her fingers through her blonde curls. They were kind of messy now, but she didn’t care. Because she was angry. “How dare she.... how fucking dare she....” That was a tell tale sign that things were bottling up inside too much. Narcissa hardly cussed. It wasn’t lady like, and especially not for a pureblood of her standing. But behind closed doors, anything could happen.
“She wouldn’t have even been married to him if it wasn’t for me.”
Along with angry though.... Narcissa was hurt. Maya had been her best friend, for as long as she could remember. And deep down in her heart, it hurt to think that that relationship might be ruined forever now.
But right now. all that was coming out of anger. And it wasn’t pretty.
