6. What is the happiest moment of your life so far? Off the top of my head, probably when I made it into my first college. I knew that logically, I would make it in somewhere but I still had that fear I wouldn’t go. Knowing I was going somewhere and I would get a college education was an incredible feeling. When I found out at 6 in the morning, I started bawling (and then had to shut up because the rest of my family was sleeping)

7. What do you hope for most in 2016? Going to a fantastic school and being happy there, finding life long friends, GRADUATING

8. In what ways have you changed in the past three years? I’ve grown more pragmatic, more confident, and less naive. At the beginning of high school, I think I was holding on to these romantic ideals everybody builds up about being a teenager so I was constantly dreaming about getting that perfect boyfriend, but since then, I’ve begun to focus on myself and my own personal happiness more. I’ve realized that the world is so much bigger and better than what I thought and what it could be with just some boy. 

9. If you could hug or slap your younger self, which would you do? HUG. My younger self (especially elementary and middle school me) was SO insecure, even though I didn’t know it back then. I would tell my younger self that she is fantastic, fab, and so much MORE than people make her out to be. 

10. Do you consider yourself a role model to those younger than you? I think I try to be, but sometimes I think I can be too arrogant, so when I find out I’m not some superhero to little kids, it’s like a little letdown. 

11. What do you look for in a good book or movie? GOOD CHARACTERS THAT I CAN RELATE TO. Also, an interesting plot that’s not the typical “oh she’s the smart and shy girl but then she meets this misunderstood BOY who just gets her and sees her as beautiful” garbage. For a movie, it needs to have a good soundtrack and be somewhat realistic. Although, I’m always down for a cheesy film. Honestly, I like any movie (except for horror eew)
