A collection of horror/folklore vignettes for this spooky season.

I've had this as a WIP for god knows how many years now, but suddenly last night I was struck with a flash of inspiration so I tumbled out of the shower (isn't that where everyone's best ideas are born?) and set about writing frantically. Maybe the time just finally felt right - it is October, after all. But it's nice to be writing again, and I had a lot of fun researching Trickster archetypes from around the world.

I wouldn't necessarily say this is finished, there's still so much folklore to explore and a great many characters to consider! But if anyone actually reads this, I'd be so interested to hear your thoughts on what canon characters you think align with certain folklore. Perhaps something from your own culture?
