just finished watching Linus' interview and just... god, it hurt so bad because I've been there too. like holllly shit, I was fully expecting him to drop a "i'm not suicidal, i'm just apathetic" <- a phrase I have said to no less than six mental health professionals in my life. wow, he got a lot deeper than I was expecting. I'm so glad that Linus is getting the help he needs, and ALSO I am so glad that he was so direct in saying that he isn't back yet because he isn't ready. I have always found admitting that I need continued help even harder than the initial ask for help.
